  28. Its not going to detect the sportster as a 33600 modem.You have to manually
  29. Detect it as a Internal USR 28800 or and External 28800 depening on which 
  30. modem you have.Many people out there think that just because they have the 
  31. 33600 upgrade that the new INF File will automatically change the modem 
  32. properties to 33600 but in all reality you still have a Sportster 28800 modem 
  33. which has the capability of achieving 33600 transfers.So dont bang your heads 
  34. out there and think that Win 95 will detect the new upgrade and that Win 95 
  35. should recognize it as a 33600 because it will not automatically detect this 
  36. modem and it will not recognize it as a 33600 modem because its a Sportster 
  37. 28800 and thats what it will always be so stop the creating threads thinking 
  38. there is another file or something that will make a change to this modem and 
  39. Win 95. If USR comes out with a new INF File or something Im sure this 
  40. Newsgroup will be the first to hear it.
